The Goals of the Program

The primary goal of IT Co-op program is to provide our co-ops with a challenging and rewarding opportunity that will promote their professional growth and enhance their educational experience.

The secondary goal of the IT Co-op Program is to provide the Company with an effective tool to proactively and strategically recruit top IT talent.

The IT Co-op Team is made up of IT and HR professionals from multiple divisions. It is the purpose of the Co-op team to provide recruitment efforts, event coordination and strategic planning for the ongoing success of the co-op program.

The CAKI Award

Sherwin-Williams takes pride in our state-of-the-art employee training and development programs. The IT Co-op program is no exception. In 2001, the Northeast Ohio Software Association recognized Sherwin-Williams as having Northeast Ohio's best IT Co-op program.
