The accelerated pace of technological change and its effects on IT professionals - this is the real challenge. We are planning ahead for the direction IT will take and providing the knowledge for our people to stay ahead of the game.

To rise to the challenge, we’ve developed a new approach to IT training that incorporates some of the emerging technological trends. This includes IT training:

  • at your desktop -- self-directed learning that’s brought to you through our Wide Area Network or Intranet - when it’s convenient for you.
  • in the Information Center -- a research library and learning center with information and training on all the latest technology platforms and software tools.
  • in the classroom -- incorporates "soft skills" (like project management and coaching) that you’ll need to be effective in any business community.
